Interview Process

When a candidate is identified, an intensive system of qualifying the candidate begins.  Germer International employees interview the candidate three times.  The first two are via telephone, with the second interview being more in-depth and detailed.  The third interview happens after the company interview.   Our interviewing/qualifying  process ensures the candidate meets the criteria for the position and increases the likelihood that the right candidate is sent to the right company for the right job.
