John Germer has built his company on one basic philosophy, find the right employees and then give them the tools to provide outstanding service for their clients in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries. He has built just the team of five people now working with Germer International.
John has worked in the professional recruiting industry for 21 years. In that time he worked for four companies. He developed national databases. He traveled the country and trained representatives in this industry. John also developed organizational systems that made these companies successful. He learned what to do to be a profitable recruiting firm. He also learned what it took to be a caring recruiting firm, one that has the clients best interests in mind.
With this background, John realized that finding the right employees is the key to having a profitable AND caring business. He believes that qualities like motivation, integrity and caring about the job can't be taught. He made sure he remembered those people he met along the way who possessed these qualities.
John then introduced them to the organizational systems that give them the tools to be successful in this industry. He is always looking for new technologies and systems which will help service the clients. When found, Germer assimilates these technologies and systems into his company. Sometimes, however, the old tried and true systems remain the best way to do business.
While creating a database of clients and candidates is important for the success of a company, creating relationships is the way John and his team retain the extensive list of clients and candidates. Clients know and trust the Germer Team to understand their needs and to supply qualified candidates.
John and his team continue to hone an understanding of the ever changing technical aspects of the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries. The Germer Team needs to keep with these changes to continue to match the best candidate with the right client.
