Supervisor of Production

Job Description

As a Supervisor of Production you will be responsible for leading and supporting the responsibilities the B20 Production department and team.

The impact you will have:

• You will oversee all manufacturing/production operations, including scheduling, training, hiring/disciplinary action, shipping/receiving, planning, equipment, inventory (raw materials and finished goods).
• You will implement and approve deviations and CAPAs (corrective action / preventative action).
• You will ensure continuous improvements, cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practice) and Safety regulations are followed.
• You will collaborate with others to identify areas of improvements and facilitate the implementation, revision and approval of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Manufacturing Instructions (MI) and other documents.

What we are looking for:

• You will have a bachelor’s degree, or Associates degree and three years experience in a cGMP facility OR three years of supervisory experience with a total of five (5) years of experience in a cGMP facility.
• You will have experience with Production/Manufacturing process, US-FDA Q7A, USDA and cGMP requirements.
• You will have experience managing people, including conflict resolution, team-building and development skills preferred.
• You will be self-motivated with a results driven approach and have the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
• You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to organize information and present it to peers and members of Senior Management.
• You will be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and other basic computer skills.
