Our client is backed by a 50 year old global pharmaceutical company with close to 4,000 employees worldwide. They develop and manufacture products for therapeutic use in both the animal and human health industries.

This role will report to the Head of Sales and support commercial strategy and financial operations by conducting price analysis, preparing business proposals, coordinating purchasing and administrative activities, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This role plays a key part in enabling sales performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct price analysis, targeting, and prepare commercial proposals for partners.
  • Compare market prices and calculate reference prices to support pricing strategy.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, market share, and tender dynamics.
  • Monitor local stock levels and prepare forecasts for production planning.
  • Prepare reports and presentations based on commercial data for management.
  • Process chargebacks, credit, and debit memos; ensure proper matching to invoices.
  • Reconcile payments and identify discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer and vendor account records.
  • Coordinate invoices and payments between third parties and the company.
  • Process rebates, admin fees, etc. and ensure delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Coordinate purchasing activities in line with company procedures.
  • Plan and manage administrative processes, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Maintain departmental databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of records.
  • Support internal process improvements and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide operational support to commercial and finance teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, pricing analysis, finance, or administration(preferred experience with processing chargebacks)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic financial formulas).
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (SAP, Creatio, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Familiarity with databases include but are not limited to IQVIA(IMS), FDA’s Orange Book, PriceRx, etc
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
