This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to connect with both existing and new customers, promoting a fresh suite of services now available through our client. You'll play a crucial role in engaging with hospitals and medical centers across the Philadelphia and Allentown, PA areas, ensuring essential medical equipment (such as endoscopes and X-ray machines) is readily available and operational to support patient care.

Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive sales of their endoscope and hospital equipment maintenance, repair, and service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare facilities in need of endoscope and hospital equipment servicing.
  • Present and demonstrate our service solutions to biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and clinical staff.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide consultative sales support, ensuring clients receive the best service solutions for their needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on preventive maintenance and cost-saving service options.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell complementary service packages.
  • Proactively up-sell advanced service plans and additional equipment maintenance solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in an outside sales position (medical related experience preferred). ​
  • Education level of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel in the Philadelphia and Allentown areas.
