Job Description
Our client is seeking a motivated Associate Sales Representative to support their endoscope repair services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to gain experience in the medical sales field.
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Sales Representative who oversees the Manhattan territory. Rather than being responsible for business growth in the area, you will serve as a key support partner, handling day-to-day account management, logistics, and customer service activities to ensure smooth program execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide logistical and account management support to the Senior Sales Representative covering Manhattan.
- Coordinate shipment of endoscopes and related equipment for repair and ensure timely turnaround.
- Act as a point of contact for hospital and medical center staff regarding service updates, scheduling, and program management.
- Track repair orders, manage documentation, and assist with reporting needs.
- Build familiarity with medical sales processes and develop product/service knowledge.
- Support customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal service and operations teams to resolve issues and streamline workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree. Open to new graduates or professionals with 1-3 years of related experience.
- Interest in building a career in medical device sales or healthcare services.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage logistics and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service orientation and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
