Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate company’s marketing strategy for North America and Europe: Provide input and insights to Global Marketing head on action plan to optimize marketing strategy to support business development objectives for these market segments.
  2. Lead Marketing initiatives and BD support: Responsible for organizing the planned tradeshows, promotion activities and marketing trend and data analysis to help company achieve its growth target and key business objectives. Develop a set of measurable key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness of marketing effort and continuously looking for opportunities to improve.
  3. Content Development: Develop engaging content for diverse external audiences, including but not limited to existing or potential clients, company websites, webinars and other social media contents. Work with technical team to transform technical content into compelling, strategic digital and social media campaigns.
  4. Digital and Social Marketing Engagement: Manage digital marketing and social media channels to drive conversion and increase brand awareness. Use tracking and optimization tools of SEO, Google Analytics, etc. to manage and improve digital campaigns.
  5. Event Management: Work with Business Development Team to identify the impactful promotion opportunities, including on-site as well virtual exhibitions and events. With support from Global Marketing Team, prepare the marketing materials and contents for tradeshows and promotional events. Collect and analyze feedback and comments from participates for potential business opportunity and opportunities for future improvements.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sales related field. Graduate level education in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical science and other related field is highly preferred.
  2. A minimum of five years Marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry focusing on small molecule drug substance and drug product. Working experience for global CDMO companies is strongly preferred.
  3. Have a comprehensive understanding and previous experience with promotions via digital media across multiple channels
  4. Excellent writing and communication skills, especially in technical content creation, slides development and oral presentation etc.
  5. Self-driven, disciplined and well-organized characters are a must. Need to be a good team player, with an open mind and flexible working style. Able to communicate and collaborate with colleagues with diverse technical and culture background.
